airport shuttle was extremely convenient. drop off a breeze and the driver even provided us directions to navigate inside the airport. we were accommodated with an extra shuttle run since our group was too large for the previous shuttle. it runs on the hour. they did a run at the 1/2 hour to make sure we did not miss our flight. the front desk person was so nice! at night and in the morning.

We stayed one night between the end of a cruise and our flight early next morning. It was a convenient location to airport and ferry terminal, with the free airport shuttle a plus. Staff were really lovely - one lady very aptly had Sunshine on her name badge. Had a good-sized, clean pool and very handy laundry facilities.

Check in was easy. Great customer service. The room even though had older furniture and the bath tub surface was a little rough. Everything was clean. The bed was super comfy. Continental breakfast was good. Leaving to the airport used their Shuttle Service was excellent customer service. I felt bad I didn’t have any cash on hand to give the driver a tip. I would stay there again. Thank you
